By using Click Parlor Games (clickparlorgames.com) and the games on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site and games
Click Parlor Games is a collection of free browser games. Games are added, changed, and removed over time, and some are in early development. Features, balance, and content may change without notice, and we can't promise any game will always be available.
Game-specific terms
Night Shift Detective has additional terms, including accounts, a paid unlock, and refunds, at clickparlorgames.com/detective/terms. Where a game's own terms differ from these, the game's terms apply to that game.
Accounts, saves and progress
You can play without an account. If you sign in with your email, your Click Parlor account can hold your Click Parlor Pass and your saved games. Keep access to that email secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, and you can delete yours at any time from your account button.
Without an account, Haunted Landlord keeps your progress in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or using private browsing can erase it, and we can't recover it. Cloud saves are a convenience, not a guarantee: use the game's export option to keep your own backup. We aren't responsible for lost progress.
The Click Parlor Pass
The Click Parlor Pass is a one-time purchase tied to your account. It unlocks the Pass features across the Click Parlor games while you are signed in, such as full career modes, the archive of past daily games, and premium features in select games. It isn't a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of buying: contact us at the address below. Features covered by the Pass may change as games are added and updated.
Acceptable use
- Don't attack, overload, or try to break into the site or its services.
- Don't use scripts, bots, or tampered saves to post leaderboard or ranking results.
- Don't copy and redistribute the games or their code as your own.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The games, their code, art, sound, and text belong to their creator. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.
Links
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site and games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress or for any damages arising from use of the site or the games.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms. See also our privacy policy.
